As a Teen Tony Competed in cycling events setting USCF Alaska 40k Time Trial Record in 1984 qualifying Tony for National Competition levels.
Tony started weightlifting and has been competing in Bodybuilding events for 6 years.
Accolades include Overall Winner and various trophies in Master Divisions. Also competes in powerlifting and is a Certified USPA instructor.
Tony Currently holds the Oregon State record for deadlifting in his age and weight category.
My Motto is “RESISTANCE IS NECESSARY”. Without resistance in life we will not grow; be it physically mentally, or spiritually.
My goal is to help lifters of all levels, a beginner or experienced lifter, learn to left with correct form for safety and Longevity! Everybody is different so I like to take the “Create don’t Copy” approach and create a workout plan that fits your body. Even in my mid-fifties I am stronger than I have ever been with consistency, intensity, diet and guidance you can be as strong and fit as ever.

To me, coaching people on their journey of health and fitness is a dream come true! I personally struggled with health and weight issues. After a surgery back in 2010 I gained 8 pant sizes and wrestled with depression. I felt just plain BAD and I was fed up with it!
The search was on! I had no idea how I was going to lose this weight, but it was gonna happen! I tried many unrealistic diets that left me insatiable, ran tediously on the treadmill, and dabbled with a vast selection of fat burning, appetite blocking magic pills. All of this, only to see little to no results. It just didn’t work for me.
Refusing to give up I inevitably found what works and obtained my fitness goals, set new ones hit those, and over and over again. I feel amazing! Now I’m extremely blessed to get to help others see their results with easy to follow individualized exercise programs and fundamental nutritional guidance.
